Thease people called me from this number and said they had all of my information and they called my job i was going to jail in the morning if i did not pay 900.00 today. all i had was 432.00 and i sent it to them. the company they sais was cafefone ny. this is where i sent the money to. my payday company called me that night and thats when i found out thatthis company was phony. and they called the next day and asked for 480.00 more from another number 126-800-03. when i called back it said you need to put in a area code when you dial this number. thats when i knew i was scamed.

This David Smith called our house and said if we did'nt contact them today that the police would come and take me to jail on monday morning. i ask for information about what he said we owed, and he said he couldn't give it to me. How can I find out if this is legal.
