Ladies and gentelbudies! I just purchased the lp from Yello that has the song "Oh Yeah" which you may remeber from The Scret of My Success and various commercials. You know, theres no singing, just a really low voice saying OH YEAH! and CHIK, CHIKACHIKA...Well IF YOU PLAY IT ON 45 RPM YOU CAN HEAR THE GUY SAYING OH YEAH WITH HIS NORMAL VOICE!!!!!!

HAHAHAHAAH!!!!! That is gorgeous.

Just a side note, in addition to "Oh yeah," he also croons, "Beautiful..... more beautiful."

I found that out a few years ago while messing about with a sampling software package. He sounds very posh, IIRC.

It sounds much less erotic at normal speed. The rest of the albumis so boring and pointless

this is grate!! it's "the moon... beautiful...the sun...more beautiful..." what the heck??

Ron, Saturday, 27 July 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

With the advent of music with technilogial gimmick upon us, such discoveries seem to be at an end. You found that last do-do, Mike. And what a beautiful do-do indeed.

Well, maybe ther is a way to descarmble Cher's voice from "Believe" and here the off key notes she actually hit. That might be the real last Do-Do.

NOT DOO-DOO!

DO-DO! as in doe-doe.

See! Good spelling IS dumb! Phonetics fore

actually "the sun...even more beautiful"

i thought doo-doo!! cuz this is the shiznit!

Ron, Saturday, 27 July 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

Cher sang off key in the real version of that song? I have heard that there is a weird fade towards the end of " DO Yo uLove Me" because the band goes out of tune.

Actually, the video clip (don'tcha love the weird stuff you see on telly in the wee hours of the morning) makes the lyrics pretty clear, as the two weird lookin' guys are pointing to paper suns and moons.

The rest of the album isn't "boring and pointless", it's one of the best LP's of the eighties! And there at least a couple of tunes on it better than "Oh Yeah".

I have a friend who has some kind of old 80s keyboard that makes all the sounds from this song, and those are the only sounds it makes.
