What's the coolest/wittiest/proudest thing you've ever done?

My dad sometimes likes to regale me with stories of moments in his life where he felt quite pleased with himself. He claims they're few and far between, but at the tmie they seemed really impressive.

These include:

- A guy he knew called Mr Bartrop complaining about how everyone got his name wrong and that at oen point he'd been addressed as "Mr Bathrobe", to which my dad said "I hope you gave him a right dressing-gown!"

- The time as a young office worker, when a colleague fashioned an extremely pointy paper dart and threw it at my dad's face. Quick as a flash, he picked up a pair of scissors and chopped off the nose of the plane in mid air.

- Something about doing some sort of tremendous tumble on his way out the pub and landing feet first with his hat still on and his beer intact. Or something.

Anyway, I can't think of any personal ones right now, but tell us about your proudest moments.

That paper dart thing is brilliant.

I sucked at sports in school (also in life). Once, playing kickball for Phys Ed, somehow the ball and my foot connected just so and I kicked the ball *out of the school grounds*!
And everyone cheered and then sort of stared at me like, "did you really just do that?"

Still ranks as the greatest thing ever.
