The coed collector of Mercury Rev albums was in a taxi from grad school to the curio shop when her vehicle was struck by the limo carrying the champ and ref, who were trying to escape from a crazed fan with a mike trying to conduct an unlicensed interview about the outcome of the fight.

Rev Run and his grad school co-ed fans were in a limo trying to teach each other card tricks while the car taxied them around, such as the 'champ', the 'curio' and Mike, one of Run's followers, was so impressed he called him a poker faced champ.

Mike asked his coed whether she could make a proper sentence using the words "taxi, ref, limo, champ, grad, fan, curio, and rev."
