Like every other disorder, whether or not it qualifies as a disorder depends on whether it's negatively impacting your life. If you carried out the same actions but your lifestyle was such that it didn't hold you back from your own goals/didn't have a negative impact on you, it wouldn't qualify as a disorder at all.

I mean, arguably a religious life of service fits the descrip perfectly.

People over-use "co-dependency" as a stamp of disapproval, imo, not as a real diagnosis.
