Bad enough they charge you for 'credits' for lookups(you only ever need them for Christmas card lookups, right?)
£34.95 for 100 credits, use them within 6 months or lose them.
now they add on a £149 charge for 'extended' lookups for historical records, and it seems to be compulsory.
Bollocks to that. Bollocks a lot.

Eventually, with a combination of having a small part of the address they give you as a 'tease', I got both addresses I was looking for from their 'free' directory enquiries section.
Still, previous opinion stands.
