I have DirecTV so I get Ovation and Documentary Channel instead of ARTS. My one complaint about Ovation is that they have too much advertising now. I also wish that they would show more filmed Broadway because I only seem to see a play on there maybe once a month and it's usually Cats. I'm sort of butthurt that more of the new ones don't get filmed in full, only highlights of musical numbers.

On my cable system, ARTS shares a channel with the University of District of Columbia. (If the UDC channel shows anything other than badly miked talk shows and strangely timid jazz ensembles, I've never seen it.) But I don't like the current mix--ARTS video and UDC audio.
