Ive started to react really badly to caffeine when stressed at work, Ive had to knock it on the head completely as I thought I was going to have a panic attack quite regularly. Trouble is it now takes me fucking ages to get down to work, especially freelance stuff at home so I need something else that will get me to pull my finger out of my arse without feeling like my chests going to cave in.
Any ideas?

i eat pretty well, excercise and start the day with a berocca, its just I have a really shit attention span and i need something to induce focus. Preferably in a handy packet.
