i saw it in the biggest cinema in the state at 7:15pm on a Tuesday and aside from my friend, there were only two other people: a 30ish looking couple with dark frame glasses and lots of arm tattoos

i didnt scream or faint but i LOLed a lot at all the footage of kids screaming/fainting

was this one of the movies where the 3D was cool instead of just feeling like a ploy?

cuz paying $13 to see any movie cuz everything is "in 3D" now is pretty lame

Every time in the past that they've tried 3D at the cinema, everyone gets excited, but then it's just not-quite 3D and gives you a headache. And a whole load of shitty movies that probably wouldn't have been made suddenly do get made.

this is probably true for shit like "Saw 3D" "the last airbender" and i guess the new TRON movie but "piranha 3D" "avatar" "jackass 3D" and "step up 3D" were all awesome

the justin bieber movie is only really 3D during the concert footage and some graphics during the background stuff, but when it is 3D it looks great

man step up 3D is the dopest shit

like, he sings and performs a lot but it's mostly the bieber phenomenon refracted through his parents, manager (ok lol mostly his manager, may as well have OPPORTUNIST tatted on his bicep (maybe he does already)), his fans, etc. very little from-the-horse's-mouth

also the audience reaction to snoop dogg was amazing - this weird gasp of surprise, recognition and faint disgust
