i'm looking for something to do after a summer course i'm taking & seems like it would be nice to quit my job and do some agricultural work abroad with some hippies for a month. some of the farm descriptions are p incredible

My wife Sharon and I live in an off the grid owner-built log home in Middle Tennessee in the middle of one hundred wooded acres.

This is a 7 acre farm of avocados and all sorts of exotic tropical fruit trees, macadamia nuts and bamboos and special grasses and succulents. We grow a lot of white sapotes, cherimoyas, tropical guavas, oranges, apples, peaches and nectarines. It is about 1/2 hour drive to the beaches and ...

two of my friends wwoofed in hawaii, they seem to have had a good time. its hard work, though--at least at their farms they were expected to really, yknow, farm, not just do mushrooms and fuck around
