I'ma put these on Cra1gslist, but if anyone here wants 'em, they're yours for the taking. Free, but you gotta come pick them up. Part of a massive apartment reorganization. You can email me at the below address (with the numbers changed to letters, obviously).
Item the First: a big-ass 4-drawer metal filing cabinet. Built like a fucking Howitzer, or at least a Volvo. Great for storing important records (fake passports, monkey p0rn) in the event of a nuclear attack. Measurements: 52 inches high, 15 inches wide, 26 1/2 inches deep. My wife LOVES this thing for some reason, but I've finally persuaded her we have no room for it. Please take it before she changes her mind.
Item the Second: a metal-and-wicker home entertainment stand. Four shelves shelves, with four drawers along the side. I think it was from Pottery Barn or something. Also of remarkably solid construction. Some of the wicker is a little frayed (cat damage), but this thing will last a hundred years. Which is why we need to get rid of it, otherwise we'll still be carting it around in our dotage. Measurements: 31 inches high, 26 inches wide, 17 1/2 inches deep. A good TV stand, with room for a full stereo/DVD system down below.

Also, we live in an elevator building, and we have a nice roller thingy that will make getting these things out onto the sidewalk a breeze. What you do with them from there is your affair. The filing cabinet won't fit in a cab, so you'd have to have a roomier vehicle for that one. We're on the lower Upper East Side, vicinity of the Queensboro Bridge.
Also, we usually have cookies around the house, and you can have one.

The entertainment center is probably cab-able, either in the trunk or backseat. I can email you a digital photo if you want. (Not 'til Monday, though -- gotta dig my camera out. We're still unpacking from a move.)
