possibly more if it was taken in winter, because london mostly lacks extreme gradient, though has a lot of deciduous trees in urban areas

my post was a faux-naive "joke" where I assumed that the photographer spraypainted his name and website all around London before he took the photo.

there really has been an effort by London police to crack down on public photography of government buildings based on the premise that it's a violation of anti-terrorism, but I'm not seriously suggesting that this panorama guy is is any legal trouble.
