Go to (link a) and sign up, and then go to (link b) to play. when playing a game if you want it rated you go to (link a) and post a new match, and then have your partner varify it, and then if you win you declare victory. At (link b) you can find people to play.
If you don't want it rated you can just play at (link b). (link a) (link b) (link a) click click click.

also if you don't want it rated you don't have to go to (link a) at all.
