i've noticed that most stuff involving ginger and some chiles makes me feel peaceful and just... good.

also things involving sesame oil esp. with the above two

avocados. partly because delicious, but also because they feel like some kind of holy special gift. sometimes if something is wrong, like my skin flares up, i figure i just haven't been eating enough avocados.

What is it with avocados? I love them too, but to be honest they don't have much flavor yet people will decide on something on the menu solely because they're included, almost regardless of the other ingredients.

Chili and ginger 100% OTM. Tomatoes too. I attribute the fact I look younger than I am to a high-tomato diet.

Tonight I think I will make a chili and ginger fish noodle hotpot in honour of this thread.
