AMC Movie Theatres "Dine In Service"

Apparently AMC has rolled out "Dine In Service" for their theatres. It's possible this has existed a while, as Florida gets everything last, but we just got their "Fork and Screen" theatres. No Premium Suites yet.

Have any of you been to one of these? How is it? I'm checking one out today and will report back.

You get a reserved seat and a personal call button, among other things, and the seats are supposed to be nicer.

considering one of my pet peeves is people munching on snacks in the cinema, I can't imagine I'd be in for this sort of thing at all.

Austin has something like this called "Gold Class Cinema"--except the tickets are something like 30 dollars. You can recline, no bad seats, etc. Honestly, I didn't feel like it was worth the cost and the food was so-so.

well...I mean with me, if I'm already going into a cinema dining experience, I allow for things that would normally annoy me.

I've done both our local art movie theatre (Enz!ian), and also one in Tampa called CineBistro...the latter is by far the best in terms of limited disruption, the former gets better movies and is better priced.
