Right, the thread that allows Tom to get away with not reading his e-mails, or replying, or goin' on IM. Sound off people!!! Just to let you know Tom, that Lift To Experience article I sent you is incomplete, it still has a 'note to self' in it, as I remembered today whilst writing a mental note to self at work. So, don't go enar it, till I fix it and send you the update. Then you can kick it in the teeth.

Tom - delete Freaky Trigger.

david h (david h), Thursday, 22 August 2002 10:38 (twenty-three years ago)

Tom Ewing is a pseud. You are all under his thrall.

Pete (Pete), Thursday, 22 August 2002 10:44 (twenty-three years ago)

Tom is in Cornwall. Putting "note to self" in articles as part of final item = k-klassik.

mark s (mark s), Thursday, 22 August 2002 10:47 (twenty-three years ago)

not when it is "note to self: dig up some random, religious, or otherwise quote which can tie back into this guy thunkin' these thoughts, and cutting his hand off". (btw, mark did you get my e-mail, or does the webmail feature not work?)

david h (david h), Thursday, 22 August 2002 15:29 (twenty-three years ago)

Tom - scrub that!, just realised.

david h (david h), Thursday, 22 August 2002 16:05 (twenty-three years ago)

Tom - undelete Freaky Trigger. Oh?... shame.

Tim (Tim), Thursday, 22 August 2002 16:08 (twenty-three years ago)

The best kinds of notes to self that you forget are those saying "put in flash citation to impress fucking stupid lecturer" or "quote X here and the fools will be eating out of your hand".

Martin Skidmore (Martin Skidmore), Thursday, 22 August 2002 17:35 (twenty-three years ago)

haha, I'm gonna put that 'flash citation' one in with a lecturer who likes me... see what *KABOOM....!!!!*

david h (david h), Thursday, 22 August 2002 17:36 (twenty-three years ago)

I'm back from Cornwall now. Pete is right though. I am a pseud and you are all under my thrall.

Tom (Groke), Saturday, 24 August 2002 07:28 (twenty-three years ago)

Moz?

anthony easton (anthony), Saturday, 24 August 2002 07:30 (twenty-three years ago)

I'll email you today or tomorrow Anthony - it's on my other computer.

Tom (Groke), Saturday, 24 August 2002 08:03 (twenty-three years ago)

Do not ever assume that your lecturers have a sense of humour.

alext (alext), Saturday, 24 August 2002 08:14 (twenty-three years ago)

why not, alex? experience?

david h (david h), Saturday, 24 August 2002 08:32 (twenty-three years ago)

I am a lecturer. I have no sense of humour. QED. ;-)

alext (alext), Saturday, 24 August 2002 09:46 (twenty-three years ago)

or I may be joking...

alext (alext), Saturday, 24 August 2002 09:47 (twenty-three years ago)

one month passes...
tom --

would you consider a freaky trigger submission on split enz' "time & tide"? i want to write about why its been an important part of my life for fifteen years now, and i think FT might be a good place for the piece. lemme know.

(sorry to do this in public but, from what i gather, there'd be no point in e-mailing)
