Why have all my bookmarks disappeared?

(Perhaps) related to that, why does it keep taking me back to the top of the thread when I click on something I had just been reading? It usually takes me to last message read.

I don't use bookmarks. Maybe it's because I go on ILX everyday and am quick at scanning the new answers. Plus I don't have as many threads that I check up on.

The top 3 threads I check up on are 'Damage ContrLOLz', 'HI DERE WAHT IS AWESOME', and 'game-related lolz of some fashion'. But since they are all on non-crowded boards I don't need bookmarks

I have 250+ bookmarks cluttering the top of my every ilx page after a 10 day holiday. My heart sinks having to bloody clear them all. Don't know how to deal with this first world problem.

Another thing that sometimes helps: Post on a thread that you have bookmarked. Then after you delete the bookmark you can find it by looking at My Recent Posts.
