John Hawkes

So great.

\(^o\) (/o^)/ (ENBB), Wednesday, 6 July 2011 13:44 (thirteen years ago)

well i know this much, rosemarie dewitt is a babe

☂ (max), Wednesday, 6 July 2011 13:45 (thirteen years ago)

x-post Vincent Cassel and Dinklage not far behind though.

\(^o\) (/o^)/ (ENBB), Wednesday, 6 July 2011 13:45 (thirteen years ago)

Russell Brand? Seriously?

Asamoah Nyan (Le Bateau Ivre), Wednesday, 6 July 2011 13:46 (thirteen years ago)

too bad duchovny and leoni are breaking up they could have celebrated together!

☂ (max), Wednesday, 6 July 2011 13:46 (thirteen years ago)

I had no idea they were still together.

\(^o\) (/o^)/ (ENBB), Wednesday, 6 July 2011 13:47 (thirteen years ago)

haha max, I was about to post "...awk-waaaard!"

DJP, Wednesday, 6 July 2011 13:47 (thirteen years ago)

anyway I am voting for the person most likely to be underrated as an actor

DJP, Wednesday, 6 July 2011 13:49 (thirteen years ago)

wow, I had *no idea* that John Hawkes was 51. Looks much younger imo. He was superb in Winter's Bone.

Voted Dinklage, such a dude and he's been fantastic in everything I've seen him in.

Bill A, Wednesday, 6 July 2011 13:53 (thirteen years ago)

He does, right? I had the same reaction about his age a couple months ago.

\(^o\) (/o^)/ (ENBB), Wednesday, 6 July 2011 13:54 (thirteen years ago)

john hawkes
peter dinklage
nastassja kinski

i feel like tea leoni is capable of outstanding shit, but she's never followed through on her promise

remy bean, Wednesday, 6 July 2011 13:55 (thirteen years ago)

Yeah I sort of feel that about her too. It's too bad.

\(^o\) (/o^)/ (ENBB), Wednesday, 6 July 2011 13:58 (thirteen years ago)

remember her terrible sitcom?

DJP, Wednesday, 6 July 2011 13:59 (thirteen years ago)

uhhh

no!

\(^o\) (/o^)/ (ENBB), Wednesday, 6 July 2011 14:00 (thirteen years ago)

xp - Yeah, I figured Hawkes was early 40s at the most. Quite a boyish face, but even so he is p well preserved.

I didn't even notice Nastassja Kinski on the first read through, seems bizarre that she's not already a member given the length of her career (that said, I've no idea what the criterion for inclusion are really).

Bill A, Wednesday, 6 July 2011 14:01 (thirteen years ago)

this is tough! i went with wes studi because MAGUA

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kTwI3UfgrDU

\(^o\) (/o^)/ (ENBB), Wednesday, 6 July 2011 14:04 (thirteen years ago)

Tom Cruise? Waht?! lol

\(^o\) (/o^)/ (ENBB), Wednesday, 6 July 2011 14:05 (thirteen years ago)

Gregg Araki – pederast

There was also Tea Leoni's pre-fame sitcom, Flying Blind, where she played a Manic Pixie Dream Girl.

☂ (max), Wednesday, 6 July 2011 14:23 (thirteen years ago)

Bruce LaBruce wd. def be a lot of fun at the awards gala. i'd bet on him showing up in a tutu covered in blood, and carrying a carnivorous plant.

remy bean, Wednesday, 6 July 2011 14:23 (thirteen years ago)

hot; inoffensive

remy bean, Wednesday, 6 July 2011 14:24 (thirteen years ago)

Anyway, real answer is Vincent Cassel.

Michael Bay, CEO of Transformers (Phil D.), Wednesday, 6 July 2011 14:24 (thirteen years ago)

x-post - yeah exactly and that's not at all surprising really

\(^o\) (/o^)/ (ENBB), Wednesday, 6 July 2011 14:25 (thirteen years ago)

remy bean, Wednesday, 6 July 2011 14:29 (thirteen years ago)

☂ (max), Wednesday, 6 July 2011 14:30 (thirteen years ago)

lemon kerrang! (jjjusten), Wednesday, 6 July 2011 15:14 (thirteen years ago)

cassel or hawkes.

i'd give it to dinklage if every role he played was saucy royal sex fiend but somehow i doubt it

death to ilx, long live the frogbs (strongo hulkington's ghost dad), Wednesday, 6 July 2011 15:16 (thirteen years ago)

Interesting that both Duchovny and Leoni are being inducted at the same time (and also shortly after separating).

jaymc, Wednesday, 6 July 2011 15:18 (thirteen years ago)

anyway I am voting for the person most likely to be underrated as an actor

Russell Brand thanks you for your bravery

lemon kerrang! (jjjusten), Wednesday, 6 July 2011 15:21 (thirteen years ago)

it's true I thought "Get Him To The Greek" was breathtaking

DJP, Wednesday, 6 July 2011 15:25 (thirteen years ago)

Mia Wasikowska was really really good in that Gabriel Byrne TV thing 'In Treatment'. Lesley Manville has been good in lots of stuff.

pandemic, Wednesday, 6 July 2011 15:26 (thirteen years ago)

I thought Wes Studi was dead, but it turns out I was thinking of Pete Postlethwaite

John Hawkes

Lazy Lay (Eazy), Tuesday, 12 July 2011 23:28 (thirteen years ago)

Dinklage. Love The Station Agent so much.

EZ Snappin, Tuesday, 12 July 2011 23:30 (thirteen years ago)

I like Cassel, Coltrane and Dinklage. Page is decent but don't think she's truly shone yet. Bradley Cooper is charismatic.
