Is Osama Bin Laden the Antichrist?

Scott Hawn, Saturday, 24 August 2002 06:14 (twenty-three years ago)

No, that would be the Bush family as a collective. Osama is more of an innocent bystander.

Mr. Answer Man, Saturday, 24 August 2002 06:39 (twenty-three years ago)

Actually, according to the _Origin of Satan_ (yes, Mark, sorry, I know I STILL have it) and its socio-political/theological explanations about the process of demonisation and the concept of evil, erm, yes, in the current hegemony, Osama Bin Laden is serving the purpose quite well. Anyway, it's too early in the morning for all these bigs words.

Surely the Antichrist would be the complete antithesis of ol' JC, ie, not an Arab, and not bearded.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Saturday, 24 August 2002 07:05 (twenty-three years ago)

If Osama is satan, then Bush is Jesus. Since Bush is not Jesus, then Osama is not satan.
I should say, though, that Bush *should* pray to Osama, because Osama gave Bush his popularity and standing as a *real* president. Osama also helps to justify our huge military budget. Finally, with Osama, Bush can ignore all of those pressing domestic issues that might require him to actually solve a problem (of course he is fucking us Americans on domestic issues in secret, but there is little mention in the media due to terrorism).

Bush is a total motherfucker who will be assassinated. His codename is "temporary" according to Freemason lore. I hope it's true. A cuntbag like that, who's served out so much death and who cheats his way into the oval office, deserves a good disemboweling. I absolutely HATE that motherfucker. I would revel in the news of his death. HATE him. HATE. He's as un-American as they come.

Mr. Answerman, Monday, 26 August 2002 01:41 (twenty-three years ago)

you know, i just don't know what un-american means.

ALLAH BOMB CARNIVORE MTBE CONSPIRACY ECHELON

boxcubed (boxcubed), Monday, 26 August 2002 02:27 (twenty-three years ago)

Shit, man, you're right. I shut up now. Been reading too much online conspiracy, I guess. I know about Echelon and yet for some stupid reason I think the internet is still a place for free expression. So... er... if anyone's reading this, I would just like to say for the record that I would've prefered Al Gore. That's all. I'm just a bored guy on the net, barely squeaking by in life. I am no threat whatsoever. Like I said, I shut up now.

One more thing: I had 3 24-ounce Bud Ice's in me when I wrote that. As you can see, I become much more passionate and barely literate when I have a little buzz going. From now on, no more beer combined with internet.

Answerboy, Tuesday, 27 August 2002 01:05 (twenty-three years ago)

So... should I be totally terrified right now? Because I am. I read stuff like this all the time online and for some reason I think that anyone at Echelon or whatever would KNOW the difference between threats and some jerk like me just shooting his mouth off. I don't know why, I just figured it was a given, but maybe not. Maybe the FBI investigates anyone and everyone who says crap like this. Obviously, I know I can be traced very easily. I got the total paranoia now.
