Jack & Jill does look dire, but I get a lot of joy out of selected Adam Sandler films.

As for the others, House Bunny is probably the best. Grandma's Boy is pretty funny too.

I saw Billy Madison in the theater (age 15) and forever became cult classic material for me. Memorized lines, rewatched on VHS constantly, etc. Happy Gilmore (age 16) had the same effect, but to a lesser extent.

Waterboy came out my first semester of college. I just sat at the screen stone-faced while a bunch of fratboys guffawed around me. Watching that shitty movie literally felt like, "Here is where I get off."

for me it was Big Daddy.

the funniness margin between billy madison and most of these is paper thin

i mean it's more charming than a lot of these by virtue of not costing 100 million dollars and sandler looking less than three times the age he's acting, but not that much funnier
