At a local festival. Had to shave my beard off since as I had my first Jamie Oliver gig in three years.

No it was a festival in Croatia that was also running daily boat parties - general Balearic/cosmic disco vibe to most of them.

nice one. def need to go to that part of the world (preferably for some kind of dance-based festival) in 2012.

I want to go to a cosmic disco boat party in Croatia. Awesome. DL still I think it's so funny/amazing that you get j oliver look-a-like work. I mean, I can see why it's just - it must be p fun.

Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. One time I had to hang around in a boiling hot airport lounge wearing a fake moustache that tickled and fell off every time I spoke. I was also wearing spandex leggings (it was a Village People spoof). 13 hours and I was going stir crazy.

This time was great fun though - I got to pretend to conduct an orchestra made of vegetables and kitchen implements and all the other extras were percussion musicians. Not sure how much more I'm allowed to divulge.

all in all it's a very interesting and often surreal experience. i've met the Ramsay lookeelike and he REALLY resembles him. Think he's trying to make a full time career out of it.

Ismael - the GR lookalike's a really nice, down-to-earth chap who works as a labourer in a small town and really I think he's just taking things to his advantage. Of course he gets the piss ripped every time he goes to the pub, but now he's some sort of local celebrity AFAIK.

It was pretty good, though yeah, I ended up quite red-faced and hurty by the end of it. We won the pop quiz for the second year running, though, and that's all that matters to me. *victory dance*

Gosh, thanks guys! The pictures were definitely what we were looking for: fun, quirky, oddball. The shoes were the first wedding purchase! I was a teenage Anglophile, the colours appeal to me.
