Yellow, can live with pink

― ljubljana, Wednesday, 25 January 2012 11:36 (fourteen years ago)

Other, whatever comes out of the packet next (pink at the moment).

Yellow and orange annoy me, but anything else is fine.

― Nicole, Wednesday, 25 January 2012 11:42 (fourteen years ago)

Can't really be doing with highlighters. Often it seems the wielder has absolutely no control over its use. Just goes berserk.

― Fizzles, Wednesday, 25 January 2012 11:45 (fourteen years ago)

xp Yellow can be hard to see under certain lighting.

Green highlighter ink, the really lurid dayglo stuff, is beautiful.

green!

I used to draw 'psychedelic' (ie, not psychedelic at all) patterns using a permanent marker and a highlighter.

PURPLE

― dayo, Wednesday, 25 January 2012 11:55 (fourteen years ago)

orange. my pet hate is blue highlighter pens which actually make things harder to read.

― kid steel (cajunsunday), Wednesday, 25 January 2012 12:18 (fourteen years ago)

To be honest I only ever use highlighters on documents that only I'm going to read. Otherwise it seems a bit fascistic, like saying to the other person "YOU! WILL ONLY! LOOK! AT THE WORDS! THAT I! HAVE HIGHLIGHTED! AND NOTHING! ELSE!"

Yellow - it's easier to read through the block of colour.

― emil.y, Wednesday, 25 January 2012 18:13 (fourteen years ago)

Yellow. I want to like other ones but they're just never as good. Sorry other colors.

― ENBB, Wednesday, 25 January 2012 18:14 (fourteen years ago)

P sure yellow has the lowest grey value = why I like it most

― no more mr. nice girls (Abbbottt), Thursday, 26 January 2012 03:08 (fourteen years ago)

Yellow. For some reason the ink is always more satisfying in a yellow than the other colors.

Automatic thread bump. This poll is closing tomorrow.

Yellow. The original is still the best. But I don't use highlighters. It's very rarely that they are the right tool.

― Aimless, Tuesday, 31 January 2012 00:10 (fourteen years ago)

i prefer green and i want to love blue but i cant. its shite.

― I just got back from a dream attack (sunny successor), Tuesday, 31 January 2012 02:14 (fourteen years ago)

Yellow, as long as it super-bright and not just, y'know, yellow.

Orange is my second choice.

― Johnny Fever, Tuesday, 31 January 2012 02:16 (fourteen years ago)

I'm old school, I use pen and circle stuff. I do use highlighters for sketching, though.

― piscesx, Tuesday, 31 January 2012 02:45 (fourteen years ago)

Pink, definitely. It's a dark enough color to see under most lighting conditions but not as dark as blue, which often muddles my pen ink.

― superpussy, Tuesday, 31 January 2012 02:51 (fourteen years ago)

Underline 4ever, highlighters are crazy

― obliquity of the ecliptic (rrrobyn), Tuesday, 31 January 2012 03:13 (fourteen years ago)

Pink isn't so bad tho, when absolutely necessary

― obliquity of the ecliptic (rrrobyn), Tuesday, 31 January 2012 03:14 (fourteen years ago)
