Tailgate Parties - C/D

i've never actually been to one, despite going to a big football school and having grown up going to arena rock shows.

this is a predominantly u.s. phenomenon, right?

inspired by watching the iron chef america tailgate challenge, with morimoto v. symon making things with wild boar in hawaii.

they can be really fun if you're not with a bunch of bros who want to play beer pong or beanbag toss.
just food, beers, chairs, good music, chillin.
EASY.

we've done everything from quesadillas to grilled tritip to gumbo...it's lots of fun!
