how's it all going down there? i might not turn up til the actual day of the thing because i wanna get as many practices as poss before the date & this (christchurch) is where all the other band members are.

hey chris has someone made aposter yet? yeah i was going to do it when i got there but now i might not be there until, like i said, so maybe someone else better do it. what about liz? liz could you make a poster for this thing?

what is it with NZers writing 9/11? Its been all over the newspapers and TV lately. i take it the gig is not happening on the 9th of November. Anyway Duane the posters have been made and are covering the city and its been advertised in f*ink.

although yeah you're right, that gig is in fact nothing to do with the historical event "9/11", it is Christine's birthday, which takes place on the 11/9.

i don't know who did the poster; it looks like Nick H's handwriting but i guess it can't be. it says something about being lo-fi which could be a little embarrassing. Not as embarrassing as going on ILx to get in on the Dunedin scene though. It was 12/9 here by the time that 9/11 thing happened anyways...
