I sometimes purchase new household cleaners and soaps that are differently scented or marketed in order to cultivate a diverse collection of cataloged household products

I insist on silence in my house a lot of the time.

Or at least hope for it and get annoyed when it isnt the case.

I try to shelve my books according to affinities I perceive between their authors, genres and subject matter, rather than by the size or color of their spines.

A friend does this on the "these authors could be pals" tip.

She claims she was in the process of hooking up with a guy and then stopped it when she noticed he had Ayn Rand novels on either side of a Bible. (the Rand alone would have been enough...)

Yeah I vaguely genrify some of my stuff into categories: all my DVD collection's divided firstly into a movies shelf and a TV show shelf, then the TV shows are sectioned into stuff like "Adult Swim and assorted nonsense", "Aus comedies", "BBC comedies", etc. The Simpsons/Futurama box sets get their own whole other shelf as to the babylon 5 box sets only cause otherwise there'd be no room.

nympho librarian looks p good, though she could probably be doing with a better-fitting bra.

i don't even own a proper bookcase at the moment, i'm a disgrace to my past self who had all of his books sorted chronologically within alphabetically within type (erm, is there a word for this that's escaping me at the moment? like sections for different kinds of non-fiction and fiction). :'(

Yeah what is with her bra? The strap attaches nowhere near the back.

not much of a secret, but i have thick, black-frame reading glasses!

i organize my books by topic: i have urban-planning shelves, food-book shelves, music-book shelves, and a couple shelves for more "literary" writing. also some shelves for magazines.

my book collection out here is somewhat small; most of what i own is in boxes back at my parents' place.
