How many can you eat in a sitting?
I stopped at five. At some point, I felt like I was committing war crimes. Like the old question, "If your were a German under the Nazis, how much atrocity would you be able to commit against your palate?"
Five. I could commit five atrocities. Now I know this about myself.

grilled cheese sandwich with mayo on one slice of bread andmiracle whip on the other slice stack of kraft singles as thick as one slice of breadso it leaks into the pan and you can scrape it up with your spatula
keep eating kraft singles as fast as you can slice themcampbells tomato soup noname dill pickles cut into spears
stoned, later, eat the remaining kraft singles while watching alaska state troopers

answer is that i can eat as many as are in the fridge and want more
― dylannn, Thursday, 15 March 2012 09:20 (thirteen years ago)
does this have to be singles only, or can they be in sandwiches? I used to take them out of their wrappers and fold them up into little cubes. I regularly ate 7 or8 at a time, but this was back in the day when I'd smoke instead on eating and then binge on garbage whenever I got back to my parents house.

i hate the idea of folding them up into cubes. in slice form i think they're only good ice cold and laid out flat. i only transport as many from the fridge to the couch as i think i can eat before they get cold. and i set them on the leather, far away from any body heat.

i like the way you can take a bite and see your teethmarksglistening with cheesy saliva.
i had friends when i was a kid who had parents that would make them cheese slice sandwiches
see when i got a cheesewhiz wonderbread sandwich as my lunch i'd always take it as a sign that there was nothing else in the house including probably either peanut butter or jam (jam + margarine sandwich was a possibility or peanut butter and honey or just pure peanut butter) or my mom worked until 930 and was only getting home at 10 and had to work in the morning.
these kids though had cheese slice sandwiches with sliced tomatoes and lettuce and mustard. it seemed weird to see a sandwich given such care when it was just kraft singles as the main ingredient. but their parents were just not aware of other cheeses or their kids were picky about other cheeses. not sure. ice cold iceberg lettuce and tomato and kraft singles on white bread is pretty amazing.

Don't really want more than one slice per sandwich.
Is this stuff known as "American cheese" in any other countries? I know it's "Canadian cheese" in Canada.

Cook Bird's Eye potato waffles in the toaster, then lay a cheese slice on each one, and heat in the microwave until the cheese melts.

They're just called Kraft Singles in the UK.

we call kraft singles-style cheese american cheese or we call it processed cheese
"canadian cheese," i've only seen it used in dairy farmers of canada commercials, which usually show giant craggy mountains of cheddar or wheels of gouda or whatever.

I knew that you were going to show up to be a big booster of 100% man-made food that tastes like discarded foreskin. I KNEW it.
