To attend a university that makes sense and doesn't tell you off for talking to the wrong department, even though that department TOLD YOU to speak to the wrong department, and the wrong department up until now appeared to be handling things just dandy thank you even though apparently "no, no, no, they're nothing at all to do with that".

And to have a tutor who actually answers simple questions when you ask them instead of asking you to email them and promising to phone back (he didn't appear in a hurry or anything).
