blue because so so many variations of it are good and there are a hugely smaller number of good reds.

Hard to live without any red. Much harder to live with nothing but red. Blue is a color you can live with in very large amounts.

― Aimless, Wednesday, 2 May 2012 00:31 (fourteen years ago)

another reason to hate the american news media and pundits: b/c they associated my favorite color (red) with Teabaggery and one of my less favorite colors (blue) w/ my own political leanings!

ugh, red + blue states pisses me off so much and i'm not even american.

This unofficial system of political colors used in the United States is the reverse of that in most other long-established democracies, where Blue represents right-wing and conservative parties, and Red represents left-wing and social democratic parties.

even if there wasn't that tradition in the states the concept of red=left was hardly unfamiliar - red dawn ffs!

we're Yanks, it's our God-given right to be ass-backwards esp when it comes to common sense things.

Red = out for blood
Blue = why you feeling so glum, chum?

― how's life, Thursday, 3 May 2012 11:44 (fourteen years ago)

Blue is my favorite color. It makes me feel happy and calm to be around the color blue. Once I decided to see if I could wear all or mostly blue to work all week and I could! It was a good week.
