POLL: The 2016 Olympic Summer Games

ILX correctly selected the winning city for the 2016 Games. Let's see if we can do it again. The finalists will be announced on the 23rd of this month, with the winning city selected in September 2013 (that's why the poll's finishing date is so far out).

Nobody is going to die of heatstroke in Rio, southern hemisphere winter remember. It'll be pretty warm still, but certainly less hot than, say, Atlanta or Athens.

I don't think Tokyo just 12 years after Beijing. Although that would really say the world has changed, might be a good signal. Voted Madrid, but probably wrong. I mainly want it to be in the same timezone as me.
