(totally OT, but i'm reading a crappy little $2 version that a friend was about to throw away, and throughout the book various characters use the word "expletive" instead of actually saying the actual expletive. For example, they'll say "I expletive in your milk", or "Take your expletive friend and get out of my sight". Is that how he actually wrote the book, or do I have some sort of really lame censored version? Apologies for my terrible expletive naïveté.)

for the festival end you turn around after the final act (this year it was happy monday) and they project gorgeous animation onto the castle, with fireworks etc.

yes. proper band.
bez as well.
all that stuff re him not doing it proved to be wrong.
while not a big fan, when they kicked off with 'loose fit', i cant deny i wept as my head went back to happier times with my wife.
still, the rest of the show was wonderful.
shaun on form with his usual vocal antics ( taking piss out of his bro mainly), the music a mix of classics and revised versions, and for one highlight, they filled the stage with kids.
loads and loads of them.
suspect their own gang .. but given it was a family festival, it was a very special moment and clearly the band loved it as they beamed constantly throughout the show.

sounds pretty great - jealous!
