removed illegal link? it was 'the bookless library' by david bell. do we have a sitewide ban on new republic links? that's not so terrible I guess

thirteen years pass...

i took two unwanted Dickens doorstops to the local leave-a-book-take-a-book thing this morning. but when i got there it was empty. i left them anyway, which is either altruism or littering.

(little dorrit, bleak house, both cheap editions later replaced by penguin classics)

Sometimes the ppl taking care of them do a clean sweep if the same books are in there for months. Bring them to charity shops.
