I couldn't concentrate one bit during the runway show because I was trying my hardest to figure out of this guy was really a contestant, because I srsly didn't notice him till 45 minutes into the show.

I made this joke in season 8, but GUNNAR DEATHERAGE is a name for Metalocalypse, not Project Runway.

I wasn't all that impressed with the top three this week. The layering on Gunnar's twin's stuff was very impressive but I didn't love the looks. Veg's couture floral detail was similarly impressive, but the fuchsia was too monotone. Overall, a lot of mediocre looks.

I liked both looks by the Japanese dude but I don't think you can win on PR with that style. You have to know your judges. He can last a few weeks while the complete losers get weeded out.

It must've been very difficult to decide which of the bottom two to keep.

Patricia's conceptual-ness is going to trip her up sooner or later. Richard hampered her, for sure -- but part of that is because so much of her design was still in her head, she had no gameplan and Richard couldn't follow her if she didn't know where she was going. Teaching him how to sew was kinda wtf though. I just don't know that she has enough, idk, mechanics? to pull all those ideas out of her head in the time she's given. 90% of her process seems to be just giving birth to the idea as she's putting her hands on the material. She's not my favorite but she really interests me. Part of me hopes she gets into the top 3.

Love Stanley. And idk, honestly I could give a shit about 'oh he's mean to Tu'. Stanley's the most direct of all the contestants, and the fact that he wouldn't let Tu pissfart around in his normal flailing-arms sandbox was kind of awesome. Everyone else who worked with Tu placated him that he was great, and he was like a fucking lead weight.

And I loved the whole 'Michelle CONTRAVENED THE LAWS OF NINA THEREFORE SHE MUST BE BANISHED' ... and coming into that challenge thinking 'oh this is what I would wear so therefore it will be great'...um. No.

Michelle's was my favorite, and was in fact my favorite stuff of hers that she's designed this season. (Only really liked the houndstooth duct tape dress, the rest of her work has been blah.)

I like Patricia now, but she should've been automatically DQ'ed for that plaid shirt. Made of leather. (Many many lols at the starry-eyed look on Heidi's face though when the Tina Turner Smurfette look walked by.)

Liked Stanley's mini-collection more than the judges. Thought his earlier Twitter sourness was a result of being eliminated before the final runway. (And when he mentioned his niece, I thought she was going to be a precocious 12-year-old, not, like, you know, a babe.)

one of my major gripes for this season is that joseph was eliminated so early on, since he definitely was more talented than some of the ppl auf'd after him -- instead we got stuck with seeing richard come back practically every single challenge after his elimination and i just mean ugh @ that dude

but i'm pretty sure joseph made the sweaters in michelle's final collection so good for him and good for her for being so smart
