the boy's roommate got a kitten a few weeks back and after a rough start, felix (kitten) and benoit (his year old cat) are best pals now. they run around playing all night and spend the day snuggling on chairs, cleaning each other, drinking out of the same water bowl and sleeping in sock drawers.

definitely. now that he's in his new apartment 25 minutes or so away by foot, i'm only there two or three times a week. this week is exceptional because i had friends stealing my couch and bed for pop montreal, but generally we've finally learned the concept of 'healthy space'

Back in school this fall for the first time in 7 years, working towards getting a Masters in English (using this semester to upgrade some courses and apply in January), and the back-to-school-ness has this feeling like my most proper fall in some time. Loving it.
