- no retroactive immunity for previous mod crimes
- flag post re-coded so POSTS are flagged rather than posters, ie you can flag a poster more than once (should be easy etc)
- zero tolerance for forks's comedy modding
- character limit on display names expanded
- all flagged posts made public and pollable
- threads unjustly removed from 77 restored to their former glory
- permanently banned posters allowed to return by popular vote...held on 77

k3vin k claims his policies will reduce bans but if you do the math, it just doesn't add up - being able to flag posts rather than posters is going to increase bans and hurt the people he claims he wants to help

i should clarify that the system will no longer keep track of the number of times a user has a post flagged. in my regime we will hate the post, not the poster

furthermore i think it is telling that iatee is trying to woo you all with social issues such as avatars. ilxors are worried about their bottom lines...whether their friends will be safe from bannings. people like iatee in their ivory towers cannot relate to the average poster.

folks, the choice could not be clearer. we've tried suggest ban. we've seen the heartbreak and loss suggest ban has brought us. we've seen also that the funniest and coolest posters have often been hit the hardest - it's these posters we should most be trying to protect. so the choice is yours: do you want to go back to the policies that got us into this mess? or do we want to continue to move forward, to move past suggest ban? a vote for kevin k is a vote to challenge ban culture itself

bnw here is my 3 point plan to increase mod response rates:

1. let's take mod jobs back from overseas. why do we have mods in australia and england? these are jobs hard-working americans can and should do
2. let's start using performance metrics to reward the good mods and fire the bad ones
3. lastly, I'm going to start a trial program where we use google ad money to pay private sector mods

folks, we've seen, in this very thread, the company iatee keeps:

- his connections to the moditary-SB complex are apparent; they fill his campaign's coffers, and they will expect an increase in bannings in return. i'm the only candidate with a proven anti-bans record to run on, and i'm proud that my work has led to a decrease in bannings.

- he also has religious conservative operatives on the payroll trying to smear me and my name, but i will not be deterred. we will not be deterred. ilx is a place of tolerance and understanding, and this focus on the family stuff will not work on us. more like focus on the "ban-me", but by "me", he means you and the people you love
