yeah was disappointed that his early short films were left out of the poll, definitely some of his most memorable work. voted for The Other Guys.

Boogie Nights is basically my favorite, so that in a walk. Wahlberg isn't anyone I'd ever instantly think of as a favorite actor, but he's been quite good in a number of movies I really love.

i actually have a lot more affection for Four Brothers than most people. its such a weird movie. i just wish it were a little better

it's almost pretty decent, there are some sweet action scenes and nice atmosphere (really like the setting of the final frozen lake facedown) but then there's wahlberg having a chat w/his dead mom thrown in there. josh charles gets owned, which was p satisfying.

the car chase in it was shot in real driving snow and it shows. one of the more unique/cool car chases ive ever seen

U cannot fuck with that top two.

Boring Nights

Boogie Nights was an unlikely movie for me to enjoy, but I did watch it and far from finding it boring, I rather enjoyed it. I even enjoyed Burt Reynolds in this and Burt's particular talents were rarely talents that I enjoyed.
