To solve the first problem, find something that you haven't listened to for a while, something that is tied to pleasant memories. Relax, and enjoy the music, and don't think. Maybe even dance, even if that is a wholly "incorrect" thing to do.

To solve the second, take a day off from ILx and do something that you like to do. Get a full night of sleep. Hug people that don't use message boards. Repeat as necessary.
