What do think about the putting stickers in public places thing? Do you think of it as a branch of graffiti? What't the best political one you have seen? Does anything beat bits of chewing gum on Miss Saigon's nose?

I put this cool Orewa sticker in the toilets at the pub. There is a great on the wall fight about being vegan going on there too. The best bit was "were you breastfed?". The best graffitti I have seen is artspace changed to fartspace hahaha.

There seems to be an odd craze, in South London at least, of tagging a roll of stickers (such as Royal Mail delivery stickers) and then sticking these to street furniture. Graffiti without the danger of getting caught with aerosol in hand. Purists must wince whenever they see them. You can imagine these kids sitting in their bedrooms writing out tag after tag as if they'd be given lines to write out.

if they were panini 1980's football stickers I would approve in a sort of "I appreciate the weirdness" way. Otherwise, nah, it's horrible coz all you see is these half ripped of stickers everywhere, it has the same aesthethic appeal as bits of chewing gum stuck to walls or bus seats or miss siagons nose. For me, it's the same as littering.

I saw a rather strange bit of graffiti on Epsom train station - it was pretty big, and was sprayed over the front "Welcome To Epsom" sign - a big stencil spraying of Mary Poppins, with "Supercalifragalisticmakesealdoshus" (their spelling) sprayed next to it. It is the only bit of graffiti that has made my mum smile. It was a interesting change from the hideously crap graffiti pics of the Statue of Liberty with Craig David's face which have cropped up on the side of Boots and near the Odeon cinema.

That's a very self-important site.

Yeah but the stencils are nice.

That's what they said about Hitler.

I would approve if only the stickers looked like this:

I would agree with you if the darn things would load on my screen.

Playing the Japanese Monster card is a low trick.

They have trading cards too? Doubly Classic.
I love the Boston Kaiju thing so much I'm seriously thinking of going out there to see it.
