the north downs hinterland is full of old deciduous woodland

golf predominates more towards the western wentworth virginia water end, the rest of surrey has probably the same golf course density as hertfordshire

i am in fact aware of much of this woodland as i have traipsed it during numerous ornithological excursions which practically defined my youth, just wanna get the surrey zings in early and hard

i grew up in Staffs, the south is still a lot of commuter territory for the West Midlands i guess and we do not speak of the north but yeah lots of modern farming. Cannock Chase is excellent walking territory.

I'm another of the lancsmen, approx 1.5 miles north of ste by the sound of things. I do miss middlesex occasionally - a great lost county.

i'm AT LEAST 2 miles inside lancashire. counties i have lived in, by duration: cheshire, west riding of yorkshire, essex (near the ilx cluster in fact), lancashire, northamptonshire. these results are unsurprising. i think this poll has come about as a result of my considering a move to that middlesex and an ensuing geographical identity crisis.
