i am a little worried abt what level of self-awareness is involved in this stuff tbh - the kitschy nature of the moon warriors one seems kind of tongue in cheek, but hawk jones seems ernest and that rapture thing seems to be very heart on sleeve. and probably crazy. wicksboro incident is a handcam deal, but there is some i think legit paranoia operating under the surface, like maybe these dudes kind of actually believe that aliens are among us.
