Processed, high glycemic foods negatively affect my mood and energy levels. I would say after two weeks an all-nestle diet i would plunge into near-suicidal despair, but then hang on for another 65 years or so.

i went through a phase of eating those when i was about 10

too laborious to go through the whole 20 page wikipedia list but i presume at least one nestlé lemon or lime flavour product has enough vitamin c to prevent scurvy
