Actually I travelled around Africa with 3 Germans and they were very wonderful and funny people, although rather strict at maintaining a daily routine....no dope smoking before 5pm precisely....which actually turned out quite well.

Germans? They live across the hall from me, where the hell else are they supposed to go? It used to be a pile of really cute foreign exchange students, the one I slept with looked like Rivers Cuomo. But those Germans moved and another bunch moved in, a 30-ish Mann und seine Frau. I can't get away from them, they're always near, but they're nice, the girl always tells me if I forgot my keys in the door.
