As I've said elsewhere, watching Can't Stop the Music on Netflix, finishing a good oatmeal stout, loving life.

i'm liking life but don't want to admit as much, because i could get hit by a bus tomorrow.

The Emmys are tonight?

Drinking beer and watching the MST3K episode Mitchell tonight which, after the week I've had, is about the extent of what I can mentally handle right now.

today i went to get a very late breakfast at this place i like (amazing french bakery with very clean and simple interior, glass wall offering wonderful view), walked a mile or two to get a haircut but the barbershop was closed, went to the library for a minute, met my boyfriend and his friend for a beer, had opinions about gay marriage, felt sad, went to the grocery store to get things for said spaghetti.

i woke up too late to catch the bus to my rehearsal, so i just lounged around and listened to music, and my bf got us bagels and coffee. and we played with our cat, who is seeming a lot more happy and relaxed with us now.

watched an atrocious French movie, wrote about it while watching baseball, went out for dinner and a DJ night that turned out not to be happening, accidentally saw 15 minutes of the Emmys.

The only thing I know about the Emmys (or the TV show Fame, for that matter) is that back in the 80s when Fame was on, they did a commercial which replaced the lyric "baby remember my name!" with "Emmy award-winning Fame!"

Last night I had a dream that I drank 99 Bananas, which is also something I have never done.
