Spare a thought for the models on the covers of these novels. Presumably they posed for some mildly racy but dinosaur-free cheesecake shots, collected their cheque, and then a while down the line they find themselves being interfered with by a long-extinct creature on the cover of Taken by the Pterodactyl.
