I made dinner for some friends.

Um . . . I held the elevator open for an old woman and didn't make a face when she pushed the buttons for the wrong floor.

Doing nice things increases my personal happiness greatly.

I held the electronically locked front gate open while a cute chiXor ran to it and she smiled at me.

(I also spend ages looking for people to hold that gate for every time I use it. See, I am nice)

I made a promise to myself to keep my cool at work these past two weeks in the middle of the start of year crunch. So far it's worked very well and I've gotten some nice compliments. :-)
