and while we're on the subject, whats the point of all this cleaning? are we so vain?

cleaning, arrgghh, I need to do some of that this weekend. There were inches of dust on my old art books that I pulled out from under my chest of drawers (nb art books is not a euphemism). And the book shelf I was gonna get from IKEA is not on their website (it's in the UK catalogue, pg 115 top right). I can't do any cleaning until I've got places to put my stuff, well that's my excuse.

can't remember but i think under 'foot and mouth disease' was written 'do not enter the animal enclosures' or something. i didn't catch it just by striking suave poses on a zoo fence.
