There's a bunch that would qualify if you discounted opening scenes/sequences. Dawn of The Dead for example.

The original Sleuth has an exterior shot in the beginning, after that all of it takes place in one house. Ditto for the remake.

Buried is not really a horror movie, is it? But it's gotta be the most extreme example of these, since the whole movie is set in a buried coffin.

Got excited by a mention of a clue remake and then noticed you wrote sleuth not clue.

On that note, clue? I think it's all one location, tho lots of sets I guess.
