Pink Floyd's The Wall could loop; if you unite the end of disc 2 w/ the beginning of disc 1, it makes a continuous play.

Neil Young's "Sleeps With Angels" is possibly the only I've heard that has the same song (sort of) in the MIDDLE of each side. "Western Hero" and "Train Of Love" have the same melody and instrumentation, just different lyrics.
