I listened to Simulation Theory in full today, it's obviously shit but it's a massive improvement over the previous three and I'm not sure why

it owns! love that they jump into ILWYS title track territory almost straight away on this album

"be my mistake" has the sort of arrangement i sorta wish radiohead had gone with for "true love waits"

there's so many things i have to say about this album i'm still just so happy someone finally had the sense to merge d'angelo and m83 (or, rather, bring the jazz element back into new pop revivalism)

as of "i like america & america likes me" i am completely overwhelmed

it's like "the ballad of me and my brain" had a nervous breakdown

they really straight up did their own Fitter Happier lmao
