yeah dude hasnt stopped. and his stuff is scattered cos his name seems to always be spelled different ie Mikah 9, Mikah Nine, Myka 9, Myka Nine, etc. plus he's done collab albums with random producers and groups (magic heart genies?). His debut 'its all love' is personal classic for me even tho it's like half good.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSyyP3_ABqshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ngUzRlHl6p0

i just tried spotify for the first time. i never heard the e money bags rip album before (spotify gives the title as: in e moneybags we trust) but, knew of him (e money bags got moet chandon / bundle of sixty two / they ain't got a clue what we about to do) and had heard ''thugs calm down.'' every track on it is solid. also ''i want it'' has two nas verses i've never heard before which is rare since everything gets recycled all over the place. love the kool g rap / nature track. and a track with showboys (the trigger rap showboys i assume) which isn't on youtube: https://open.spotify.com/track/3TP0bIJhdCTS6xKyNhR9cU

a random old rap I am loving + some classic playlist
Is that two things or one thing? Some old rap I'm loving:
1. BDP - South Bronx2. Mantronix - Fresh Is The Word3. Sir Mix-A-Lot - Posse On Broadway ("Loving" may be a little strong for this one. I'm fine with it.)4. Whodini - Five Minutes of Funk5. Rappin' 4 Tay - Playaz Club6. Lootpack - Weededed

Definitely better than mumble rap. That's fast, above 110 bpm? The mix does sound a little off to me. I wonder what the garbage weirdo rates, probably strictly stans for Kanye with the occasional Eminem interlude. I honestly think Kanye is becoming some kind of white nationalist darling.

preemptive apology as i am not spotify savvy, but there was a series of old school hiphop compilation albums from the early 90s called street jams: hiphop from the top and they really gave me an education back in my junior high cassette walkman days.
part onepart twopart threepart four
there was also the slightly more "new school" oriented (i.e. post-run d.m.c.) but equally as great rapmasters series. i had like five of them, but i never knew just how many volumes there were. according to discogs, there were at least nine volumes (!!).

taking sides: das efx or fu-schnickens — which 90s motormouth rap was superior?😄
(i'd vote das efx and would be offended by anything else, tbh)

come to think of it, treach from naughty by nature was totally one of those motormouth rappers too. how did he not get totally pigeonholed into that? naughty had jams for days tho. this is an alltimer i don't care what anyone says.
