Show is in Los Angeles on Monday and still not sure if I'm going. The new album is mediocre at best. I do like it but my 1975 standards made for a disappointing album this time around. On top of that they released their best song first.

This is the best band in the world right now. New album is not up to standard.

Only thing I don't like about BFIAFL is how short it is. Even "Human Too", the worst track, has grown on me. Sequencing is wonderful too

I did a relisten of all their albums last week and now I'd pretty much rank albums 1, 2, 4 and 5 all around the same level of quality, which is to say superb, and album 3 only a little under that. Best band in the world

They brought out Carly Holt for About You tonight, beautiful moment even if I could barely hear her over the fans scream-singing around me

I was at the Denver show nearly a week ago now. Our show had the live (solo, acoustic) debut of "102" as well as an unplugged "Be My Mistake" crowd singalong. The band sounded fantastic. There are several extra musicians in the live band who really help the newer song arrangements to flourish.

No complaints about the Denver show.

xpost There have been a few tweaks here and there, but I think it's been like that for a while. The Chicago show, because it was in a smaller venue, couldn't fit the whole thing, which is also why the band abandoned some of the conceptual stuff for the night.

They currently have the New York show on Amazon Prime at the moment and going to watch it this weekend. Excited to see it as I normally don't have Prime.

We clearly chose the wrong London night to go to but having (deliberately) not read anything about the show in advance I was pretty much blown away by it. The stretch from fallingforyou through When We Are Together was perfect.

Was able to watch their concert on Amazon Prime this last weekend. Loved the second half with all their hits.
